You will be the catalyst in driving ‘better lived experiences’ for data-centric teams within the practice. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching leaders, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities for the practice to transform with new ways of working.

We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few. The CoE of Data Architecture within the CDAO, has overall accountability for Architecture for data, analytics, AI and Gen AI for the CDAO domain as well as supporting business units (such as RBS, BB, other Tech) across CBA. As the COE Lead, you will:

- Lead a team in the delivery of high-quality data architecture outcomes; give professional guidance throughout the planning and delivery process; perform organizational development and resource.
- Lead the data architecture team in the delivery of data architecture initiatives, including data modelling, extract-transform-load (ETL) processes and data testing.
- Develop data architecture policies, frameworks, standards, and procedures.
- Develop strategies, processes, methodologies, and best practices for data architecture activities.
- Manage all data architecture projects and partners business stakeholders to manage and prioritize all data architecture projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with executive and senior stakeholders, shaping the future of our capabilities across data and AI Architecture, working with global teams across Sydney and India.
- Craft and champion the Data and AI Architecture roadmap, setting standards, frameworks, and tools in line with Pace led skilled teams.
- Facilitate the constructive resolution of conflicts both internally and externally to the Practice, in line with risk mindset and core leadership principals.
- Support the wider LT in developing a positive culture by leveraging metrics and data to inform continuous improvement opportunities that increase the effectiveness of the Practice.
