Overview

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Port Melbourne on Permanent Full/Part Time basis. We will provide full training, so if you are looking to start your career in the customer service space, this could be the role for you. The successful candidate must be based in Melbourne, Victoria as this role will be based out of our office in Port Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email customer service, sales, and support to Commercial and Residential customers
  • Receive inbound calls and email inquiries
  • Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately
  • Schedule services for residential customers
  • Convert incoming inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Liaise with fellow colleagues
  • Meet KPI targets
  • Maintain customer databases, ensuring records are up to date and compliant
Ideal Candidate Must Possess
  • Experience working in customer service or call centre environments (essential)
  • Office-based role; must be based in Port Melbourne
  • Previous experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales
  • Proficient in verbal and electronic communication
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment to support colleagues
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Working from office Monday to Friday
