About The Role

Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and consistently exceed service expectations. You should aim to WOW every customer and make their visit to Spendless an experience to remember. The most important people in Spendless Shoes are our Store Sales Team, the first point of contact with our customers.

You Will
  • Live Each Day the Spendless Way.
  • Follow our 4C's of Customer Care.
  • Achieve sales budgets.
  • Maintain company merchandising standards.
  • Rotate and present the product effectively.
  • Administer and implement company procedures.
  • Be a team player, embracing Spendless values.
Your Attributes
  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role.
  • Preferred supervisory experience, not essential.
  • Cash handling/EFTPOS experience.
  • Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge.
  • Understanding of sales budgets & KPIs (preferred).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Enjoy fast-paced, challenging work and have the motivation to be successful.
  • Outstanding communication skills; confident and friendly; passion for fashion footwear.
