A fabulous opportunity to join our great team as a medical Receptionist Top Health Doctors Cannon Hill is an established GP and skin cancer clinic conveniently located in the Kmart Plaza Cannon Hill. Our clinic has recently been renovated and is bright and welcoming, as is our incredible team
We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team permanent part time. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail and with exceptional communication skills.
Duties
- Manage greeting, registration and departure of patients
- Deliver quality service and assistance to the Doctors working in the centre.
- Ensure that the facilities are clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure accurate billing and receipting for patient services
Skills & experience
- 2 years previous Medical Receptionist experience required
- Computer literacy and ability to manage multiple software platforms
- Mature minded, keen on a long-term role
- Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management
- Accurate data entry and communication skills
Availability
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability (Saturday half days only)
- Experienced team and safe working environment
- Ongoing training & support available
- Ongoing job opportunities
Pay rate negotiable as per level of experience.
