If you think you've got retail in the bag, then now is your chance to step-up into a leadership role and support our Retail Managers and Store Partners in running the day-to-day operations.

To be a supervisor in our team, means to:

  • Lead and Inspire: Guide, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and reach their full potential.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer receives personalised care and expert advice tailored to their needs.
  • Drive Success: Oversee day-to-day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly and to Specsavers' high standards.
  • Grow Together: Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.

  • Who Are You? You come from a retail background and are ready to take the next step in developing your leadership skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience is required for this supervisor position.
  • Quick Thinker: Problem-solving comes naturally to you. Your driven and always on the lookout for ways to keep customers coming back feeling good.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You know how to keep your cool, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism even during the busiest times.
  • Customer Service Pro: Building rapport is your thing. You take pride in delivering high-quality service and being a go-to team player in store.
