Join Our Team at Queen Victoria Jubilee Caravan Park - Guest Service Officer

Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful natural setting?

The Role

Are you a motivated all-rounder with a passion for keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and well-maintained? We're looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our friendly team across our beautiful sites in Williamstown, Mount Pleasant and Eden Valley.

This is a varied position with a strong focus on:
  • Customer Service - ensuring high quality guest experience for all Park users Cleaning (primary responsibility)
  • Administrative tasks - computer literacy is essential
  • Gardening - occasional outdoor work
  • You'll often work independently, so being energetic, friendly, reliable, and able to think on your feet is key.
  • Hours & Flexibility Typical shifts: 9/10am - 5pm
  • Some shorter cleaning-only shifts may be available
  • Weekend work expected
  • Flexible days for the right candidate
  • Wages based on Tourism Level II Award Loading applies

Essential
  • First Aid Level 2
  • Current CPR
  • National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
  • Working with Children's Check SA or equivalent (within the last 3 months)
