Overview

We're partnering with a leading private lender to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the next stage of growth. With a strong platform and track record in place, the business is seeking a CEO who can double annual settlements over the next 3-5 years. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of brand, go-to-market strategy, product, and people, reporting directly to the Chair and Board.

  • Improve product-market fit and drive national market penetration
  • Launch new products and deliver on strategic growth projects
About You

You are a commercially sharp, strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in building and scaling businesses. This may be your first CEO role, but if so, you've likely been close to a CEO before and are highly ambitious and ready to step up. To this role you will bring:

  • Growth strategy and execution experience gained from Tier 1 consulting, combined with hands-on industry leadership experience
  • The ability to read financials, manage risk, and drive results
  • A leadership style that is humble and ambitious
  • Experience from financial services or adjacent industry
Package & Location

The role offers a competitive package with a base salary guide of $400–450k, plus super, cash STI, and cash LTI tied to achieving the company's goals. Sydney-based, you will have the autonomy to lead and grow a national team.
