We're now seeking an experienced Supply Planner to help us ensure the right stock gets to the right place, at the right time, every time.
This is a vital role with national reach to influence outcomes across Australia, based from Regency Park and reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager.
What you will be doing As our Supply Planner, you'll play a central role in our inventory success story by: Planning and managing inventory across a national distribution network Raising and managing local and international purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness Coordinating overseas shipments (ETDs, ETAs, damages/shorts), landed cost calculations and container receipting Monitoring inventory health and executing stock transfers across warehouses Reporting supply insights through BI Tool (Phocas) and supporting data driven decisions Collaborating with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses and internal teams Identifying excess or obsolete stock and recommending actions Contributing to annual business priorities while achieving key KPIs around fill rates, inventory targets, cost management, and data accuracy What you will bring3 to 5 year's experience in purchasing, inventory planning or supply chain roles Proven track record of maintaining optimal stock levels while hitting performance metrics Strong ERP and planning system experience (Sage and Netstock is highly desirable)High attention to detail, excellent planning skills and strong commercial awareness Confident communicator who builds collaborative relationships with vendors, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders Analytical mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel skills A continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and look for smarter ways to work A commitment to excellence that aligns with our CODE values Ability to travel interstate on occasion Why Tradeware Laptop and Mobile phone to support flexible work Flexible/Hybrid working arrangements available after probation A team based national incentive scheme – we win together Learning@Tradeware – ongoing development and internal learning opportunities Employee assistance program (EAP) to support you and your family Great team member discounts on Tradeware's range of products Supportive values led culture built on our CODEHow to Apply If you want to join a team who helps each other be their best and work for a business that is always striving for results, then please apply todayTo submit your application, please forward your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why this is the next role for your career?Please note that whilst we will contact candidates with suitable experience and skills by phone, overwhelming response rates may mean that we are regrettably, unable to contact unsuccessful candidates personally.
