Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr

IT Support Engineer (Level 2) — MSP | Perth | $75k–$95k + Super
On-site at our office and client sites; hybrid may be considered after probation

What You'll Do
  • Handle support tickets and perform advanced troubleshooting across diverse systems (networking, servers, cloud, security)
  • Bridge frontline support and senior engineering—own incidents end-to-end and escalate smartly
  • Support project deployments and contribute to improving SOPs and documentation
  • Keep clients in the loop with clear, proactive comms and tidy notes
What To Expect Day-to-day
  • It's fast-paced, context-switching MSP work; we set realistic rhythms and respect balance
  • Ticket hygiene & time entry matter (notes visible to clients; time entered daily by 10am next workday)
  • Occasional after-hours emergencies can occur (documented compensation applies)
Must-haves
  • 2–4 years MSP experience; strong M365, Windows; foundational Azure
  • Perth-based, unrestricted work rights, WA licence + car (site visits)
  • You care about people, clarity, and finishing well
Salary & Benefits
  • $75k–$95k + super (DOE), paid time for certs, mentoring, structured 30/60/90 plans
  • WFH flexibility is possible after probation; we have clear WFH guidelines when it's appropriate
