Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Complete two supported six-month clinical rotations in mental health over 12 months
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team including lived experience workers
  • Develop core clinical skills in a recovery-focused environment
  • Attend monthly study days facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit
  • Complete and submit all required assessment tasks and hurdle requirements to earn a Certificate of Completion
  • Receive ongoing supervision, training, and support for professional growth
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Recent Social Work graduates (SW1, Year 3) ready to launch their careers in mental health

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $2,783.20 per fortnight (excluding superannuation)
  • Full-time fixed term position (80 hours per fortnight, includes an ADO every 4 weeks)
