Hours per fortnight: 80 Hours (includes ADO every 4 weeks)

Join our Allied Health team as a Social Worker, providing inpatient and family support, conducting psychosocial assessments, and collaborating on treatment planning, implementation, and recovery-focused discharge. You'll assist in addressing patients' needs and support carers, ensuring the least restrictive environment. Responsibilities include liaising with community services, referring patients to appropriate team members, overseeing legal/medical processes, maintaining documentation, and offering staff development and supervision.

The Mental Health Service provides psychiatric care and treatment across a large catchment area in Victoria stretching from Swan Hill in the north of the state to Gisborne in the south.
