Join Bendigo Health as a Social Worker Graduate in Mental Health, gaining hands-on experience through supported clinical rotations in a recovery-focused multidisciplinary team.
Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:
- Complete two supported six-month clinical rotations in mental health over 12 months
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including lived experience workers
- Develop core clinical skills in a recovery-focused environment
- Attend monthly study days facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit
- Complete and submit all required assessment tasks and hurdle requirements to earn a Certificate of Completion
- Receive ongoing supervision, training, and support for professional growth
The company is looking for:
- Recent Social Work graduates (SW1, Year 3) ready to launch their careers in mental health
- Passionate, compassionate, and committed individuals
- Salary: $2,783.20 per fortnight (excluding superannuation)
- Full-time fixed term position (80 hours per fortnight, includes an ADO every 4 weeks)
