Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial, and mining customers, using their automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist with product information, problem-solving, and sales techniques, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Interpret parts
- Process customer orders
- Dispatch products and parts efficiently
- Promote specials
- Arrange buy-ins
- Process customer credits
- Be the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a safety-first culture, ensuring safety at all times
This role involves lifting, bending, and climbing.
