About Sinclair Dermatology: Sinclair Dermatology is the largest dermatology centre in Victoria, Australia, treating more than 50,000 patients a year. We treat a wide range of skin and hair diseases from common ones to rare and very severe conditions requiring treatments not available elsewhere in Australia. We are an internationally recognised centre of research in skin and hair diseases. We are also a postgraduate training centre in dermatology for other health professionals, including dermatologists from all over the world.

Description

The Role: We are seeking a friendly, proactive and customer-focused person to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining patient records, coordinating the doctor's schedule, communicating with GP clinics, booking appointments, responding to patient inquiries via phone and email, preparing procedure quotes, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned by your team leader. This role is essential in ensuring every patient has a seamless and positive experience with our practice.
