Description

The Role: We are seeking a friendly, proactive and customer-focused person to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining patient records, coordinating the doctor's schedule, communicating with GP clinics, booking appointments, responding to patient inquiries via phone and email, preparing procedure quotes, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned by your team leader. This role is essential in ensuring every patient has a seamless and positive experience with our practice.
