This is more than a Technical Consultant role. This role offers opportunity to utilise your technical understanding, leadership capability, and a proactivemindset to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and our teams. We're looking for someone who's going to take on our ethos and help shape the future of our industry.

As an integral part of our Professional Services engineering team, you'll benefit from taking ownership and leading the team to deliver architecture, design, and delivery of complex data centre infrastructures for our customers.

MORE THAN A ROLE

Our role descriptions aren't the norm. This is what we're looking for:

A commercially savvy and customer-focused Consultant, with some of your responsibilities include the following:

• Seek out and analyse customer requirements to determine the best solution for their business problems, including discussing directly with customer management
• Conduct user requirement analysis and make recommendations that impact technical solutions
• Undertake tasks requiring analysis of multiple technical alternatives, diagnosis and problem solving, then qualifying the product/service fit and defining support needs
• Define major technical solutions involving product and/or deployment and/or support services for clients or prospective clients enabling them to determine effective IT investment strategies
• Develop and maintain key artifacts such as transition plans, runbooks, operating procedures, design documents (HLD/LLD, As-Builts), and knowledge base articles
• Ensure documentation is version-controlled, audit-ready, and aligned with compliance and governance standards
• Manage client expectations prior to delivery of major solutions, strategies, and architectures
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of service transition and transformation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Take accountability for outcomes, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery
• Embed security best practices into all aspects of transition and transformation and promote a security-first mindset across teams and deliverables

THE ABSOLUTE-MUSTS

• End-to-end experience in IT services transition and transformation
• Demonstrable ability to :
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of service transition and transformation.
• Take accountability for outcomes, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery.
• Embed security best practices into all aspects of transition and transformation.
• Ensure documentation and processes align with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a security-first mindset across teams and deliverables.
• Experience working in project-focussed role/s with robust hands-on technical experience Data Centre, Windows Server environments solutions, design, implementation, and documentation
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and maintain a broad knowledge of industry trends and technology solutions in the market that may impact solution architecture
• Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to converse with those at the C-Suite level
