Overview

Quality Assurance Manager role at Sigma Healthcare. Reporting into our Head of Quality, Compliance and Facilities, we are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional ready to lead with impact in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities
  • Overseeing compliance with TGA, GMP, and State Health regulations.
  • Leading change control and risk assessment processes.
  • Managing Deviation, CAPA reporting and periodic Management Review meetings.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement and training.
  • Managing validation of equipment, software, and processes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure quality excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred (Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or other related field).
  • Experience working within a pharmaceutical QA leadership role.
  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable of GMP, TGA licensing, and GWP standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exemplary communicator with excellent written and oral business communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
  • Experience using SAP and Dot Compliance eQMS environments would be advantageous.
