Overview

A well-known player operating across the advisory and disputes sectors with a rich trading history is growing its flagship offices in Sydney. This firm is about to embark on a period of sustained growth and, to keep up with current client demand, is looking to make a key hire. We are looking for someone who wants to shape and grow a Quantum expert practice and be rewarded accordingly. Our client has a mapped-out progression plan and clear STI's & LTI's in place in line with business growth and profitability obtained.

Base pay range information is provided below. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

A$275,000.00/yr - A$310,000.00/yr

About you
  • 10 plus years of experience in the construction industry with your experience gained within a Tier 1 Contractor, Dispute/Advisory Firm.
  • Prior and proven experience in working with high-value construction claims, and preferably have prior experience in the preparation of expert reports for Quantum matters as the named expert.
  • A Construction degree is a must, and ideally, holding an LLM in Construction Law or at least working towards it.
  • Proven ability or willingness to operate in a work-winning capacity with suitable clients in the East Coast Civils & Construction market, with further scope to operate on other domestic and international disputes.
