Overview

Duratec is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the South Australian division. The role is based in Adelaide Airport with adhoc travel and involves working within a collaborative commercial team on multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure compliance with client contracts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
  • Liaise with internal Duratec teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
  • Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
About You
  • Understanding of risks and opportunities in project contractual agreements
  • Sound knowledge of project administration and project control
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
  • Written and oral communication skills with ability to present to a range of audiences
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
