This is an on-site role located in Canberra with a primary focus on front office and customer service duties. The Front Office/Customer Service position will involve managing receptionist duties, handling customer inquiries, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining phone etiquette, and scheduling appointments. The role will also include assisting with tourist information, local maps, and other customer needs.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
- Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide tourist information
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
