The Role

As the Operations Manager, you'll take the reins of day-to-day hotel functions during your shift, acting as a key leader across departments. You'll play a critical role in delivering smooth, guest-focused service while ensuring safety and operational efficiency remain front and centre.This is a hands-on role for someone ready to make confident decisions, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to exceed expectations.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven leadership and team supervision experience in hotel operations
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • A proactive mindset with sound judgment under pressure
  • Background in Front Office or similar guest-facing departments
