Located in the Western Australia Goldfields, you can choose what suits your priorities. The position will be based residentially in Kalgoorlie (relocation support within Australia will be provided) on a 5:2:4:3, 10-hour roster, or FIFO from Perth, 4:3 12-hour roster considered for the right candidate.

About the role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced senior HR professional to take the lead in shaping a positive and supportive workplace experience for our Mungari team. Whether our people are flying in and out or living locally, your role will be central to ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

As ourSenior People & Culture Advisor, you'll be a key driver of initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing, improve site infrastructure, and elevate the overall liveability of our FIFO villages and residential communities. From housing benefits to workplace facilities, you'll help create an environment where people feel at home—even when they're away from home.

You'll work closely with a diverse range of internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships and championing the voice of our employees. Your work will directly contribute to making Mungari a place where people feel proud to work and where their needs are genuinely heard and acted upon.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have ideally worked in the mining industry and have the following experience / attributes;

• Proven facilities management experience in an operational setting
• Solid computer literacy, including spreadsheets and databases
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and openness to learning
• Commitment to working safely always
• Ability to prioritise and schedule work effectively
• Demonstrated commercial acumen
