We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Geologist - Resources to join our team at the KCGM Operations, with focus on leading and coordinating one of our Resources Geology Teams. This opportunity is offered as residential in the Goldfields, working a family-friendly 5:2/4:3 roster – 9 hours per day.

Be a Rock Star in the iconic Super Pit

Reporting to the Geology Superintendent you will be responsible for leading a Resource Geology team in modelling the iconic Fimiston deposit. This role offers a unique blend of challenges and rewards across various technical disciplines, where you'll guide and mentor Project Geologists, ensuring geological excellence through interpretation, modelling, and estimation. Collaborating closely with Growth and Operational geology teams, you'll identify growth opportunities within a world-class deposit, monitor reconciliation and model performance, and contribute significantly to all mine geology and technical functions.
