Club Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Club Manager to provide leadership to our passionate team creating a positive environment for the development of young people at our PCYC Caboolture Youth Club. With a new $17.5m club currently tracking to be opened by the end of the year - complete with a 24/7 gym, upgraded gymnastics facilities and a variety of multi-purpose sport and recreational facilities - we're looking for someone to drive preliminary gym and fitness sales whilst ensuring the continuity of programs at the current club. Your New Role

As a leader in our organisation, you will uphold a culture of excellence customer service and best practices. Your ability to inspire and lead our exceptional club staff, fostering positive and collaborative relationships, will be key to your success. We expect you to champion a customer first mindset and prioritise safety and teamwork. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced manager with experience in commercial/business and contract management. About You

• A Leader who will embrace our strong team ethic, and be guided by PCYC Queensland values: Respect, Leadership, Commitment, Passion, and Teamwork.
• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manner.
• Proven track record of managing a multi-disciplinary team and providing leadership.
• Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
• Qualifications in gym and fitness and or Gymnastics are desirable (e.g., Cert III/IV in Fitness)
