We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Regional Manager - Club Operations, to join our State Office Management Team. As Regional Manager - Club Operations, you will work closely with the Executive Management Team, Senior Managers and General Manager of Operations to oversee the compliant and efficient running of Youth Clubs in the North Brisbane & Sunshine Coast region of Queensland. This position will be based between our Sunshine Coast, Deception Bay, Pine Rivers, Caboolture and Redcliffe Youth Clubs.

**Your New Role**

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will lead and manage teams to ensure the region delivers on key performance indicators in line with the PCYC strategic plan. A key focus of this role is to maximise commercial efficiencies and drive growth through strategic partnerships and a focus on high quality customer satisfaction, while leading a positive culture in line with PCYC Queensland values.

**About You**
- Minimun Diploma level qualification in a related discipline with a minimun of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in financial management
- Demonstrated experience in successfully ledaing and managing a multidisciplinary team
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current class C drivers license
