Early Childhood Educators - Certificate III, Diploma & Early Childhood Teacher - Full Time/ Permanent, Part Time & Casual positions available.

We are a family owned and operated long daycare centre with a Preschool Program. We have been providing quality care and Education in the Lismore community for over 18 years.

Our service was affected by the 2022 Lismore floods. In 2025 we are excited to welcome you to our brand-new permanent service in Goonellabah – OPEN NOW

Our team is passionate about providing quality care and Education and aim for the highest standards in Education and care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality care and Education to children 0-5 years
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and other Educators
  • Contribute to a professional and positive team culture and be a positive role model for others
Essential requirements for position
  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or be working towards these qualifications. If you are working towards these qualifications, please include evidence from your training provider with your resume and cover letter.
  • Hold a Bachelor Qualification in Early Childhood – Approved by ACECQA
  • Current CPR & First Aid including Asthma & Anaphylaxis
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • A clear understanding of the National Quality Standards, Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Previous experience in an early childhood education and care setting
  • Passionate about working with young children and providing exceptional care
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor Qualified - Early Childhood (preferred)
  • Experience as Inclusion Support Educator (preferred)
