The role

As an educator you will use your experience and skills to provide learning outcomes to children. In this role you will be required to:

· Mentor and guide educational practices.

· Implement high quality early learning programs to achieve outcomes.

· Build strong relationships with children and families.

· Be willing to work on a roster system.

Skills and Experience

· Recognised Diploma or Cert III or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.

· High level verbal and communication skills

· A strong understanding of ELYF and NQS

· Current working with children checks.

· Current First Aid certificate

· Current CPR training

· Ability to effectively lead a room environment.
