The role

As an educator you will use your experience and skills to provide learning outcomes to children. You will have a love for children and an outlook of creating a culture of kindness and mindfulness, and bring your knowledge and creativity to an environment where you will be truly valued and supported.

In this role you will be required to:

· Mentor and guide educational practices.

· Implement high quality early learning programs to achieve outcomes.

· Build strong relationships with children and families.

· Be willing to work on a roster system.

Skills and Experience

· Recognised Diploma or Cert III or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.

· High level verbal and communication skills

· A strong understanding of ELYF and NQS

· Current working with children checks.

· Current First Aid certificate

· Current CPR training

· Ability to effectively lead a room environment.

Seeds Early Learning Centre Ballina is a privately owned long day care service, open from 6.30am to 6.00pm, situated at 58-62 Westland Drive. We are a four-room centre, boasting large spacious natural outdoor learning environments. We have a passion for education, play, nature, and mindfulness within our learning environment.
