UAT Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead UAT Tester to manage and drive end-to-end user acceptance testing. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, leading a team of testers, and ensuring seamless delivery of quality solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead UAT testing activities and coordinate between business stakeholders and testing teams.
- Prepare and manage test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Drive defect triage meetings and track bugs through to resolution.
- Provide effective stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation.
- Oversee integration testing and end-to-end validation across systems.
- Mentor, guide, and manage testing teams to deliver within timelines and quality standards.
- Strong experience as a Lead UAT Tester in large, complex programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in test case creation, test data management, and bug tracking tools.
- Ability to lead and coordinate testers and business SMEs.
- Knowledge of integration testing across multiple systems.
- Strong skills in reporting and documentation.
- Insurance domain experience will be an added advantage.
Hybrid – 3 days in Brisbane client office.
