We are seeking a Test Analyst with strong experience in testing Salesforce-based solutions to join the Digital Delivery team. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital forms and associated workflows.

Capabilities Required:

  • Proven experience in functional and integration testing within Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio – nice to have
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and their testing strategies.
  • Ability to design and execute test cases, manage defects, and support UAT activities.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and products such as Q-Test
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud features and workflows.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools compatible with Salesforce (e.g., Provar, Selenium).

Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements.
  • Execution of manual and automated tests (nice to have) across multiple environments.
  • Detailed defect reports and support for resolution tracking.
  • Contribution to release readiness through regression testing and validation.
  • Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination and issue triage.
