We are seeking an experienced
Lead UAT Tester
to manage and drive end-to-end user acceptance testing. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, leading a team of testers, and ensuring seamless delivery of quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UAT testing activities and coordinate between business stakeholders and testing teams.
  • Prepare and manage
    test plans, test cases, and test data
    .
  • Drive
    defect triage meetings
    and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Provide effective
    stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation
    .
  • Oversee
    integration testing
    and end-to-end validation across systems.
  • Mentor, guide, and manage testing teams to deliver within timelines and quality standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a
    Lead UAT Tester
    in large, complex programs.
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management
    and communication skills.
  • Expertise in
    test case creation, test data management, and bug tracking tools
    .
  • Ability to lead and coordinate testers and business SMEs.
  • Knowledge of
    integration testing
    across multiple systems.
  • Strong skills in reporting and documentation.
  • Insurance domain experience will be an added advantage.

Work Mode:
Hybrid – 3 days in Brisbane client office.
