Crewcible is a Canberra-based video production company. We work with clients across government, corporate, and commercial sectors to produce video content that's clear, purposeful, and story-driven. Our projects range from promotional and branded content to internal comms and education pieces.

We're a small team that values good process, clear communication, and accountability. We approach each job with care, and we aim to deliver quality work. We're looking for a video editor to join our team on-site in our Canberra office. The role covers both post-production and occasional on-set work. • Perform basic image work in Photoshop
  • Follow internal workflows for file management, version control, and delivery
  • Support the team on set when needed (camera, lighting, or general crew tasks)

  • Able to create clean, reusable motion graphics in After Effects such as animated titles, lower thirds, transitions
  • Experience grading in DaVinci Resolve, balancing, shot matching, and basic look development
  • Comfortable using Photoshop for tasks like screen replacements, layout tweaks, or quick clean-ups

  • Keeps projects organised using labelled bins, reliable autosaves, and backed-up media
  • Can take a brief and deliver a strong first cut without needing step-by-step instructions
  • Understands how production and post-production work together, and flags issues early when something's missing or off
  • Know how to choose and alter music that fits the tone and pacing of the edit
  • Familiarity with accessibility requirements
