We are seeking a professional & talented Hospitality Manager for an exciting opportunity to join our showroom team, where you will provide an exceptional hospitality experience, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.

This role offers the chance to work in a great environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Manager with excellent people skills, ensuring a perfect coffee experience for our customers.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Can Lead/Manage
  2. Can coordinate staff rosters
  3. Possesses good communication and organizational skills
  4. Has a great attitude, stamina, and work ethic
  5. Is familiar with POS systems
  6. Has experience in purchasing
  7. Can build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
  8. Can control stock levels
  9. Has experience in preparing daily reports
  10. Is passionate about coffee and Italian culture

Relevant qualifications include a Diploma level or higher, with at least 1-year experience. Candidates with 3 years of experience will also be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
