The Job
  • Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day performance in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and ordering systems to optimize store efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members to achieve growth and progression opportunities.

We are seeking a professional with a minimum 2 years' experience in retail and/or hospitality management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
