Job Description:
In a time of rapid digital transformation in the Real Estate industry, Cotality is seeking a motivated and articulate sales leader with deep industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving change. We are looking for someone who understands the value of data and emerging trends, can think beyond existing paradigms, and has the vision and drive to shape the industry through thought leadership and operational growth initiatives.
As Director – Sales, you will be responsible for driving ambitious revenue and growth targets across Australia and New Zealand leading cross functional teams, spanning account management, solution sales, and business development. You will optimise sales performance, develop and execute strategies, identify new opportunities, and lead key commercial decisions to deliver strong, sustainable growth.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and optimise the Real Estate sales function, developing strategies aligned with growth goals.
- Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional sales and GTM team.
- Own and grow key customer and channel relationships, ensuring long-term retention.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategy and enhance customer value.
- Represent Cotality in the market, driving thought leadership and commercial impact.
Job Qualifications:

- Proven sales leader in complex B2B or SaaS environments.
- Deep experience and networks in Real Estate, with credibility and commercial insight.
- Strong strategic thinking and a track record of achieving revenue and customer growth.
- Senior-level stakeholder management, C-suite engagement, and client escalation experience.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
