The Opportunity As a Change Manager – ASSIST you will be responsible for: Leading change management planning for the program, including developing and monitoring change management objectives, supported by a communications strategy and plan.
Collaborating with project leads and stakeholders to design business readiness surveys and develop appropriate tools and methods to measure project impacts, including impacts on organisational roles, capabilities, processes, and services.
Self-managing work within the project and across areas of change management which may include managing and facilitating multiple work activities across the related projects.
Establishing connections with related Communities' change projects to ensure consistency and coordination of change scheduling across the people projects.
Interpreting strategic program and project (change) objectives and provides guidance and direction to key project and business stakeholders as appropriate.
