Urban Real Estate is looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated Property Manager to oversee our growing residential portfolio.

Based in Marsden Park, this position will see you;

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Managing arrears
• Liaising and building relationships with tenants and landlords
• Conducting routine inspections and detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports
• Overseeing relevant marketing strategies for the rental portfolio
• Managing termination notices and attending tribunal hearings

This role is fully supported by a Property Officer, no Saturdays required, and no accounts

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate;

• A positive attitude Be energetic and have a passion for all things Property Management
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Success in dealing with complex property management issues
• High level of communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter with a drive and passion for Property Management
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Min. 1 years previous experience working as a Property Manager
• Reliable motor vehicle and valid drivers license
