MyBond is an Australian owned and operated online lender specializing in providing Medium amount rental bond loans between $2,100 and $5,000.

We have a full-time position available as a Credit Analyst/Lending Manager. Apply and be a part of our dynamic team and grow with our business.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

· Assess financial circumstances of applicants in line with the MyBond's credit policy

· Ensure sufficient KYC documentation and ID verification is provided by the applicants

· Assess / protect each application against possible fraud

· Enquire and liaise with customers / 3rd parties to verify details as needed

· Assess all applications accurately and fairly ensuring the product suits the applicants' needs

· Suggest and implement best practice loan processing initiatives to drive and improve the business

· Work as part of a successful team, leading by example with a view to expanding a credit team within the business

· Provide continuous feedback to improve MyBond's credit criteria, policy and scorecards

· Manage operations / processes required in approving credit

Essential Criteria

● Positively impact team culture

● Prior experience in similar role in similar industry

● Good understanding of Australian Regulated Credit

● Certificate IV in Credit Management

● A natural problem solver and solution provider

● Excellent communication skills

● Internal & external stakeholder management

● Proactive, self-starter and disciplined

● Planning, organising and time-management skills

● Decision making and problem-solving skills with good judgement and within authority

● Strong attention to detail

● Demonstrates success at managing high-volume workloads and deadlines

● A desire to learn and take on feedback

● Must be an Australian Resident and available to work from our office in Sydney CBD on a permanent full-time basis
