HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Jaeger-LeCoultre is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our new boutique opening in Chadstone from October 1, 2025. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building client relationships and driving sales. As a Maison ambassador, you will aim to exceed sales targets, develop a client portfolio, and ensure a luxury client experience. You will also participate in daily boutique operations.

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE?Sales Achievement & Client Development:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong client relationships within and outside the boutique.
  • Proactively attract new clients and develop existing ones.
  • Develop high-end watchmaking and bespoke sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
  • Assist clients with pre- and post-sales needs.
  • Maintain the brand's high standards.
Client Relationship Management
  • Foster strong client relationships through service and CRM initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM outreach standards for client engagement.
  • Collaborate with management on client and prospect plans.
  • Accurately capture and utilize client data.
  • Resolve client issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking with management support.
Boutique Operations
  • Adhere to security and operational policies.
  • Assist with boutique setup, maintenance, and inventory counts.
  • Support merchandising and special projects, including renovations and relocations.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
  • Over 3 years experience in luxury watch or high-value product sales preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about sales and learning.
  • Strong customer service understanding.
  • Proficient in computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Availability for retail hours, including nights and weekends.
