Today, the Maison advances through cutting-edge research, sustainability, and empowering modern heroes with a team that passionately brings value to Panerai's distinctive mix of Italian spirit and Swiss watchmaking excellence.

To reinforce our retail teams, we are currently recruiting a:

Client Advisor

Your Mission: As a dedicated member of the Chadstone Boutique, the Senior Client Advisor plays a key role in achieving the boutique's objectives and targets with a high level of autonomy. As service to customers is at the heart of this role, strong listening skills, Maison and product knowledge are vital to deliver an unforgettable brand experience and increase sales.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Uphold operational excellence by mastering the Panerai Selling Ceremony
  • Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities
  • Ensure tailored client and prospect follow-up, maintaining high-quality service to your client portfolio
  • Support after-sales clients with helpful solutions in line with Maison procedures, leveraging your watch expertise
  • Become a brand ambassador and build a network of high-potential clients

  • Offer an unforgettable client experience and build loyal relationships through empathy and curiosity
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives through your sales experience and passion for watches
  • Contribute to innovative and memorable events and client activation with your creativity

  • Manage boutique operations efficiently following procedures and policies
