We are currently recruiting a Client Advisor to reinforce our retail team at Chadstone Boutique. The Senior Client Advisor plays a key role in achieving boutique objectives with a high level of autonomy. Providing exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and building memorable brand experiences are essential to increase sales and client loyalty.

How will you make an impact?
  • Uphold operational excellence by mastering the Panerai Selling Ceremony
  • Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain high-quality service through tailored client follow-up
  • Support after-sales clients with expert solutions in line with Maison procedures
  • Build a network of high-potential clients as a brand ambassador
