Note: OAC Penrith is a purpose-built, 108-place campus with five rooms and excellent resources. With strong organisational support, it offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to shape culture, strengthen compliance, and re-engage families in a high-potential service.

Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Operations Leader and leading a team of educators, the Campus Director will:

  • Uplift culture and mentor a team, creating an engaged, confident environment
  • Drive compliance, behaviour management, and quality outcomes across all rooms
  • Strengthen family engagement and lead meaningful community partnerships
  • Support occupancy growth through quality practice and service delivery
  • Partner with education specialists and organisational leaders to ensure strong educational outcomes
About you

You are an experienced early childhood leader who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments. You will bring:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and significant leadership experience
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and uplift younger educators
  • Experience managing compliance, QIP, and regulatory requirements
  • Confidence in navigating challenging family conversations and building trust
  • Strong operational skills across staffing, budgeting, and reporting
