The RoleWe are seeking a skilled O&M SCADA Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and optimizing control systems for solar generation assets.
- Overseeing network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers for SCADA and automation systems
- Monitoring performance and diagnosing faults across SCADA, PLCs, and data communication pathways
- Collaborating with technicians to troubleshoot control, electrical, and networking issues
- Ensuring compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Control Systems, or Mechatronic Engineering—or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in control systems and industrial network management
- Fault finding proficiency in SCADA, HMI interfaces, PLC programming, and IP-based communications
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
