We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to lead care teams in Kempsey, NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate a safe and supportive environment for residents through effective coordination of care.
- Ensure seamless execution of care plans during each shift and facilitate efficient communication among team members.
- Swiftly identify deteriorating residents and provide high-quality, person-centered care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Nurture a positive resident experience through proactive support and provision of ADL care.
- Maintain accurate documentation as per organizational standards.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year's experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable, although new entrants will be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Holding NDIS Worker Checks or being willing to obtain them is a requirement.
- A genuine passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care is vital.
