Constructing Partnerships and Careers | Principal Consultant with Redpath Partners - Construction

Location: Sydney-based (Office-based role)

Projects: Residential & Mixed-use

A privately-owned developer/builder with a strong project pipeline is looking for a dedicated HSEQ Manager to lead safety and quality standards across multiple live construction sites. This is a pivotal leadership role within the business, supporting a growing delivery team and setting the tone for HSEQ across $600M+ worth of upcoming residential and mixed-use developments.

Your Role

  • Oversee and manage HSEQ compliance across all active sites and office operations
  • Provide leadership and support to HSE Coordinators, Site Managers, and Project Managers
  • Ensure auditing procedures (monthly IBMS) are up to standard and consistently delivered
  • Work closely with delivery and senior leadership teams to embed a proactive safety culture
  • Own and optimise the use of HammerTech across the project portfolio

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in a construction-focused HSEQ role (ideally with a head contractor or D&C developer)
  • Strong knowledge of auditing systems and best practice (monthly IBMS)
  • Exceptional communication skills – capable of driving safety culture from site to boardroom
  • Proficiency in HammerTech is essential
  • A team-first mindset, with a natural ability to influence and support delivery teams
