Employment Type: Part Time or Full Time
Remuneration: $ Negotiable on experience
Hours Per Week: Minimum 6 hours per day
Location: Office + WFH

We are open to discussions with OTs with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

On a daily basis you will:

• Manage a caseload and complete therapeutic services.
• Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
• Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
• Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
• Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
• Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
• Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

To be considered suitable you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
• Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
