Clarity Partners is partnering with a global insurance and broking group recognised for providing customised risk solutions and building strong, lasting relationships with clients across diverse industries.


We are seeking a Client Manager – Commercial to join the Perth team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of SME clients while being part of a collaborative, down-to-earth, and ambitious group that values your contributions and invests in your professional growth.



Base pay range

A$130,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, ensuring their needs are understood and solutions delivered.
  • Assist the Commercial Team Lead in managing the wider portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and increase account value.
  • Support your leader in workflow management and mentoring 3 junior brokers in the team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client queries.
  • Maintain CRM records proactively and accurately.
  • Handle document preparation, portfolio administration, and processing with strong attention to detail.


Who You Are
  • 4+ years' experience in general insurance broking.
  • Tier 1 accreditation (essential) to provide client advice.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
