Job Title: Experienced Behaviour Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour change plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

  • ">
  • Develop and implement behaviour change plans in accordance with best practice guidelines;">
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Behaviour Support Practitioners;">
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised behaviour support plans;">
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report to management as required;">
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science or a related field;">
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of employment;">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children with ASD and their families;">
  • Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support principles and practices;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.">

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum;">
  • 20% annual salary increase for each additional hour worked;">
  • 4 billable hours per day + $110 per hour for every hour achieved above this;">
