Job Description:

The role of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst involves working with a team to deliver evidence-based therapy for children with Autism and developmental delays.

This position offers the opportunity to structure your week and provide flexibility.

  • Delivering and supervising ABA programs for children with ASD
  • Supporting families and working on a mix of clinic, home, daycare and school programs

As a Behaviour Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with certified colleagues, supporting and managing teams of Behaviour Practitioners. This requires a Master's Degree in a relevant field, BCBA/CBA certification or working towards it, and hands-on experience in delivering and supervising ABA programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for clients
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
