The OpportunityNorco AgriSolutions is looking for Feed Mill Operators to join our high-performing team at our Animal Nutrition production site in South Lismore on a full-time basis. This is a physical, hands-on role where you will''ll be actively involved in the feed manufacturing process - perfect for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and working in a team-focused environment.
No experience? No problem We provide full training to get you up to speed and if you have manufacturing, feed mill, or labouring experience, that's a bonus
What You Will Be Doing- Mixing and processing animal feed according to production recipes.
- Operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality standards.
- Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving feed materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with a small, supportive team to meet the needs of our farmers and customers.
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
- Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks.
- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for production tracking.
- If you have a forklift licence that's terrific, but if you don't, we can support you in obtaining your licence once you are with us.
- Flexibility to work different shifts when needed — morning and afternoon shifts are available to fit around other commitments.
