Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since 1948 with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills and an in-house commodity trading team. Our Animal Health and Nutrition team plays a crucial role in enhancing livestock health, productivity, and farm efficiency. Norco AgriSolutions is looking for Feed Mill Operators to join our high-performing team at our Animal Nutrition production site in South Lismore on a full-time basis. This is a physical, hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in the feed manufacturing process - perfect for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and working in a team-focused environment.

No experience? No problem We provide full training to get you up to speed and if you have manufacturing, feed mill, or labouring experience, that's a bonus

• Mixing and processing animal feed according to production recipes.
• Operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality standards.
• Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving feed materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with a small, supportive team to meet the needs of our farmers and customers.

• A genuine team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
• Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks.
• Your safety is our priority, so safety-conscious is important to us with good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking.
• If you have a forklift licence that's terrific, but if you don't, don't worry as we can support you in obtaining your licence once you are with us.
• Flexibility to work different shifts when needed – we offer morning and afternoon shifts so you might be able to work around your other commitments.
