The Opportunity

Norco AgriSolutions is looking for Feed Mill Operators to join our high-performing team at our Animal Nutrition production site in South Lismore on a full-time basis. This is a physical, hands-on role where you will''ll be actively involved in the feed manufacturing process - perfect for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and working in a team-focused environment.

No experience? No problem We provide full training to get you up to speed and if you have manufacturing, feed mill, or labouring experience, that's a bonus

What You Will Be Doing
  • Mixing and processing animal feed according to production recipes.
  • Operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality standards.
  • Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving feed materials.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborating with a small, supportive team to meet the needs of our farmers and customers.
What We Are Looking For
  • A genuine team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
  • Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks.
  • Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for production tracking.
  • If you have a forklift licence that's terrific, but if you don't, we can support you in obtaining your licence once you are with us.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts when needed — morning and afternoon shifts are available to fit around other commitments.
